From the spring equinox (March 20, 2025) to the summer solstice (June 20, 2025), I traced the movement of light in my Mission District apartment, capturing both direct sunlight and reflections from cars and windows outside. Over time, the graphite marks formed silhouettes of domestic objects: our couch, plants, and other signs of everyday life. In observance of the summer solstice on June 20 and 21, just before moving out, I invited the public to view the emptied apartment and the accumulated tracings.
